Taken with a grain of salt but I was told by someone who knows the case, that the gun used was not on his CCW permit. He was obviously carrying it off his property. I also believe he admitted to carrying this gun off his personal property. This is why his CCW was revoked.

I abhor how the California concealed carry permit explicitly grants permission to specific firearms rather than a general blanket legal ability that encompasses all handguns.

That?s interesting, I believe in his interview with Colion Noir he said the Glock he used was the one and only gun on his permit.
