Default Selling ammo on Calguns 2019???

Thinking of selling ammo for a caliber I never shoot. Can I sell it by its self face to face??? Do I need to have an FFL transfer it?? Is there limits on the amount I can do?? Plan on selling my 10/22 breakdown and buck mark too should I do it as a packaged deal threw an FFL??? Thanks for the input

No. (legally at least)
Yes. (see above parens)
500 rds. per month.

You would save a bit of paperwork combining the ammo with at least one of the guns.

Thanks for your input. I hate CA laws I will keep all the 22lr I have bought over the years, got carried away with buying 22lr just because It was sold out a lot during Obama years and so I wanted that caliber even more. Lol

Oops, forgot to add: Turners does not do ammo transfers so go elsewhere.

Then buy a lot of extra stuff and post about it in the Turners sub-forum.

I believe there is a caveat to your first question. An FFL03 with COE should be able to purchase from you FTF.

Are you sure about 500 rounds per month through an FFL?

Wait, ammo has to be transferred at an FFL? I hate this state!

Yes.

This legal requirement started on 01-01-2018. [PC 30212(a)]

So to sell 501 rounds of ammunition, I have to get an ammunition sellers permit and then also go through an FFL ?
