Really? That's absurd. Any kick backs, or just silence?

Sounds like my original estimate of 2-3 years to process all the apps was somewhat accurate. Been 15.5 months already since registration closed.

And they only got around 10% as many apps as they claim to have "anticipated" - thank God they didn't actually get 10x as many, or else people would be sitting in limbo for up to 30 years at this rate.

All my line items in CFARS still shows "in progress". Noticed some people earlier getting "Complete" in their account. Maybe "in progress" means "in progress" to eventual confiscation if the Democrats ever have their way with guns.

Got my letter in February and CFARS still shows "In Progress".

For sure, I wouldn't have received my application approval, and my BBAW would still be split up with the receivers in two separate locked Pelican cases.

Now the question is whether the quantity of BBAWs that were approved, qualifies them as being 'in common use'...

I think the fact that they're most popular firearm in the country *should* qualify them as "in common use".

Unfortunately, what is in common use outside of CA is not the BB-equipped edition. I know, it sounds like splitting hairs, but CA-DoJ has made splitting hairs into an art form.
