Let's make it super easy for PCRAT. Two guys walk into a LGS and tell the FFL the first wants to ppt a handgun to the second guy who is buying it. This is not just any handgun but a very rare one the sale of which this particular FFL sold on consignment. It has a market value easily north of a million. Neither the wanna be seller nor the buyer look as though they have enough money to open a bank account. Per PACRAT the FFL bears no responsibility and need do nothing, ask no questions, to determine the transferor's right as the owner or agent of the owner.

If as you falsely claim the FFL has a legal onus to confirm, that which they have no ability to confirm. Prove it with a legal citation!
