Default Maglocking an EPC-9

Will be picking-up an EPC-9 lower soon and was wondering there are any Maglock products that exist for it at this point ala the Hogue freedom fighter? I suspect it would work but would presumably need a jig that does not exist yet since it isn't a milspec AR-15 platform.

You don't need a fixture to drill the hole.
Just figure out where the best spot is for the hogue pin an drill the big hole to just about 1/16" short of breaking through into the area where the release button will move.
Then drill the little hole through into the cavity where the mag release button moves.
The pin needs to fit behind the mag catch when the magazine is inserted and the upper is fully installed on the lower.
Just locate the hole accordingly.
The hole can be drilled straight down on the EPC lowers without a fixture.

That's actually really helpful thanks! Is there a way to make sure my drill goes down at a 90 degree angle other than just eye balling it? Since I have to take the bit out to reoil it I'm worried I won't get it straight..

Use a drill press.
Set the table square to the spindle with one of these:
