So, if hi caps become legal do you think they will have to modify the definition of an assault weapon? Currently, if you have a fix mag, you cannot exceed a 10 round magazine; otherwise, it is an assault weapon by definition?
Anyone thing about this? |

As far as the "buy it now, then the order is stayed and possession becomes illegal again" issue, I assume that disassembly of the magazines would solve that problem. T |

Looks like the barrier at PSA is that the basic PMags and the cheapo ASC mags are still blocked - just ordered a Hexmag FDE for the hell of it

Quick question, mags can be shipped from private party to private party correct? It doesn’t need to go through a FFL or violates any Federal law? Reason being is, I have family in TX and GA.. Might need to give them a call tomorrow!

Too late. Damage done. 48 hours is plenty of time to unblock every single blocked mag in this god forsaken 2A wasteland of a state.

This is only CA and only for a short time—for now.

How does this work exactly? Does the judge call the attorneys back in and give them his verdict or does he simply issue the verdict in writing?
I'm wondering why the CA state attorney that was trying this didn't ask for an immediate injunction (or whatever it's called) right there on the spot?

Either way, I think the other lawyers in those states will use this case as an example in their lawsuit.

You would think they would have to. But then they're not exactly the sharpest tools in the shed.

How do you know they will actually FILL the order. I tried to order some AR mags and the site won't even allow for it with a CA shipping address
