Default Legally sell 'high capacity' MP40 mags on gun broker-?

I have a few original 1940's MP40 mags I wanna sell, they're 32 round capacity. Any issue with selling them and shipping them out of California?

The way I read the law even advertising them for sale while you are in CA violate's the section. It's screwed up, especially when you have something that is as uncommon as you have, that would fetch a decent price.

32310. (a) Except as provided in Article 2 (commencing with Section 32400) of this chapter and in Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 17700) of Division 2 of Title 2, any person in this state who manufactures or causes to be manufactured, imports into the state, keeps for sale, or offers or exposes for sale, or who gives, lends, buys, or receives any large-capacity magazine is punishable by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year or imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170.

Go to Nevada or other Class 3 permissive state and sell to or through a class 3 dealer.

What the other folks said. Which seems very odd seeing is that California wants that stuff out of the state. One would think if California was so hell-bent on getting rid of such things they wouldn't care as long as it does not go to another California resident

Initially I assumed that logically the state would want me to sell them and get them out of here, then I realized I was using logic to assume a Ca. law. My ad was almost ready to post, still sitting ready in another window, when I thought I should ask.

Bummer. These are somewhat rare and people want them, they're just sitting around collecting dust. On the upside, they should bring enough $ to fund a weekend in Az where I can leave them for my brother to sell for me.
