Default If you have a Staccato P

Posting here since mostly LE have these in CA. Mods can move.

If approved by your agency and it is your duty weapon:

1. Steel or aluminum frame?
2. What RDS?
3. Which slide? (Cut or standard)

Why these choices? (Yeah, working on an article)

Thanks!

You have to wait for everyone to come back from their vacation from lake have-a-brew! Haha personally, it pays a little homage to carrying a 1911 style weapon but having the 21 round capacity for reassurance in knowing if you need the rounds, you have them. I don’t have a ton of rounds through mine so I can’t attest to longevity but can speak on the weight of the gun is very well balanced. In my opinion it helps with mitigating some recoil and well hell if you’re out of rounds the gun is solid enough to use as a face beater if need be. Personally, I’m all iron sights until my fish oil and lutein pills stop working then maybe I’ll buy the RDS version. It feels solid, it shoots flat, you have ammo capacity and customer service has been on par reminding me of Dillons customer service.

Only con that comes to mind and this might not really come as a true con of the gun but the spare mag pouch on the Sam Browne is noticeably heavier. Sounds silly but the extra weight from the extra rounds in the mags are noticeable. Specially if your getting in and out of your car quickly in LA, a lot.

Hope this sheds a little light for your article.
