Default Customer Service FAIL

While many were happily placing orders, I relied on my email by phone and have left $1,800.00 in my shopping cart because I received this email. Most is now sold out.

What bothers me is that I have long been a loyal customer...and I know you don't give a ****.

STATES WITH APPLIED MAGAZINE RESTRICTIONS

PSA will not ship high capacity magazines for CA customers to a High Capacity Magazine Dealer. High Capacity Magazine Dealers in CA may place orders with PSA directly.

We cannot ship any high capacity magazines directly to customers at this time.

Lack of response proves I am correct...disappointed. Oh well. Aeroprecision will happily take my money on my next upper...

I also received the same email. I placed an order for mags only to find out today that they didnt ship them. Never will they get a dime from me. Close ordering so we can try other places donít cancel orders after the once in 20 year window is closed
