He also wants to expand free testing, create a job corps of 100,000 people to contact trace, work toward keeping schools open and create a racial disparities task force for communities that have been hit the hardest...

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation's top infectious disease expert, told the USA TODAY editorial board on Wednesday that he's had no formal discussions with the Biden campaign but emphasized the importance of transitions...

Patel said broader use of the Defense Production Act, a wartime authority allowing the president to direct industry to produce critical equipment, will help address some of the PPE shortages cropping up across the country. Biden has pledged to invoke the DPA once he takes office...

So... The plan is...

1. Blame and demonize Trump
2. Expand Government control via testing/tracing
3. Utilize any data which supports 1 & 2 and declare any data contrary to that to not be 'evidence-based'
4. Create a 100,000 person task force to track...uh...trace you and those you interact with
5. Ignore Fauci
6. Disrupt the economy
7. Emulate California's "health equity metric" to create leverage on how monies are spent in support of social programs/agenda

Those are probably going to work out about as well as his aides insisting on a clear federal strategy...

All I know is that every stupid decision and change he makes should be put under a magnifying glass publicly and not hidden as it likely will be by the MSM.

All this, plus: When the time is right, the media will make Covid a non-story, and poof, just like that, Biden solved the problem. Meanwhile, the virus will do what viruses do, just won't be a big deal.

Assuming that the vax is 90%+ effective, this whole thing will go away once it gets into wide distribution. Then Biden will declare that success was due to whatever draconian actions were taken.

I believe there will be a degree of separation between the two. By the time vaccines start hitting the population in numbers it will be the end of summer 2021.

Because of the government subsidizing the manufacture of unapproved vaccines in advance there will be about 100 million doses stockpiled at the present time. If the vaccs get approval then we could most likely see the opportunity to vaccinate 10 million plus by mid to end of December, and the entire population by late spring.

The estimates being given in the media are not based on this unprecedented effort to manufacture hundreds of millions of doses prior to approval so they are meaningless.

In 2009 when H1N1 was declared a public health emergency in the spring there was a media spot with Obama getting the shot in November. The vacc didn't become widely available until late spring of 2010 and that's because of the fact that there was no pre approval mass manufacturing of the vacc.

Things are going to happen much faster this time because of operation warp speed.
