I tried a Bianchi with their proprietary CarryLok. I later switched to a Vedder IWB. Had I known then what I know now, I probably would have gone with a Milt Sparks, Andrews Custom Leather, Wright Leather, or Mitch Rosen.

I wouldn't put them in the same class as those mentioned by socal, but Galco has always worked well for me.

I have a Galco CON454 (OWB leather) holster and while it is serviceable, it lacks the leather reinforcement that nicer holsters have around the top (which holds them open and makes reholstering easier and safer).
Careful searching on eBay and other sites can get some reasonable discounts on pre-owned/used holsters. Galco MSRP on that CON454 is around $135, but I think it cost me only $40-something used.
