Default Benchrest clubs in San Bernadino, CA

Now that I am retired, I am trying to get back into benchrest competition. Are there any benchrest clubs in San Bernardino, Ca? Thanks.

Looks like the nearest club is in Ojai.

https://www.nbrsa.org/ranges/#south-west

I shoot at West End Gun Club,I've seen a few shooters there with Benchrest rifles, I'll ask them if there's any organized matches in the area next time I see them.

I don't know of any centerfire benchrest in SoCal.

I've never been to the facility but http://www.larrclub.org/ has rimfire benchrest. They also claim to have rimfire F-Class, which I actually want to try out.

I will be at the WEGC on Sunday to watch the silhouette match at 9:00 AM. Hopefully if you are there we can connect. Thanks,

As mentioned, the closest (centerfire BR) is in Ojai - see post #3, above, for contact info. Good group for that discipline. They shoot at 600 yards. Then north to Visalia for short range BR and then Sacrament for out to 1000 yards.

If you are interested in 22 RF BR see https://www.americanrimfire.com/index.php/club/listall Notwithstanding the "closeness" of Escondido, try Oxnard (poor benches, target frames, and conditions at Escondido). The drive to Oxnard is well worth it. The best ARA (currently, seriously active) shooter in CA drives up from Escondido.

He is referring to URSA, where benchrest gear is AOK but starting distance is 2000+ yards...and events are currently only held in Norcal. We haven't had events in SoCal in years.
