Concealment in business clothes
Looking for collective wisdom and experience and thank you in advance.
So if one wears business casual- a nice dress shirt (button down, long sleeves- or even a nice polo) kinda thing- with no sports coat or other over-garment (too hot); -What's the secret for having a nicely tucked in shirt while CCW? Seems to me its has to be all about the holster- please dish. |

Don’t forget
Crossbreed has a seconds site. Returns or blemishes on the leather. Typically 1/2 price. It’s an easy way to see if you like their stuff

Concealment in business clothes
For AIWB, Tier 1 Concealed holster with UtiliClips. You can buy the UtiliClips and replace the clips on your current holster instead of buying a new holster.

I carried a S&W 337 titanium cylinder .38 revolver for many years in business attire. I currently use a Bugbyte ankle holster. Very practical and quite secure. I have been wanded when using this form of carry without the gun being detected. Ankle carry sort of flys under the radar.

They clamp to your pants behind your belt. But don't order the ulticlips from them. Get the Ulticlips XL. They are full size clips that can be used like you would use normal clips AND they can clamp on too. |

I’m assuming you’ve received the answer you’re looking for. Grantar2 is spot on and 100% correct with his answer. It all depends on what handgun you own or willing to purchase AND practice with, how deep of a concealment you want or plan to carry and what your budget is. There are pros and cons to every carry option and limitations to every carry method.
I’ve been carrying daily some sort of handgun, sometimes 2 handguns, for almost 25 years. That’s 7 days a week in almost every attire, from swim wear to formal. I have so many holsters and tried just about every method of conceal carry. If you still have questions I’ll be happy to answer any questions. I’m pretty sure grantar2 has already given you the answers you need, but I can give you my personal experiences. PM me and I’ll send you my contact info. |

Big fat guy with a 1911 here, so I ONLY carry OWB... but I use a Crossbreed Hybrid holster. So I have no doubt, that if you're one of those disgustingly malnourished off-the-rack sorts, they'll make a GREAT IWB holster for you, too. And eat a sammich while you're at it.

Sticky holster between undergarments and the shirt. Have a good gun belt obviously. Get some old shirts that you wouldn't be sad if they ripped and practice getting them out of the way as part of your presentation. What I love about the sticky holster is that there's no clips on your belt line.
Along the same lines, you can try a crossbreed belly band. Still, I would still try to wear an overgarment. If a wool sports coat is too hot, get a linen tropical jacket. Lighter colors absorb less heat. No lining
