Default Maglula Uplula Universal Magazine Loader 9mm To 45 Acp (Ebay $19.98)

EDIT, I've been informed that there are lots of fakes going around. I would guess that would explain the low price. Might as well spend another $15 and buy these from Brownells or another dealer.

I was in the market for another Uplula and noticed they are no longer sold on Amazon. I ended up finding a few sellers on ebay selling them for $19.98. They seem to be liquidating these. The seller I bought from has already sold out but I found another...

A lot of counterfeit Maglula products were on Amazon and probably even more on eBay.

Just a heads up the this recent liquidating on Ebay they are in fact fake. I bought one, it arrived and is almost a one to one copy. Trademark markings everything is close but font and spacing gave the fake away. I own a real one from brownells. Was going to gift one to my brother who really liked mine. Especially loading all the freedom week mags. Filed my claim with Ebay yesterday.

Dang I wonder if I should ask Amazon for a refund on the fakes they sold me. I have several I got from them. Seriously shady as F.

They work good though

I just went and looked at the one I bought a month ago and it says no longer available. I am going to ask for a refund.

You have to start the process with PayPal. My purchase was the same way went to look at purchase history it was gone. Just said (removed item) the seller still has other listings got my fingers crossed the goods and services protection comes through.

I got a couple last year, and they were sold by "Maglula, Ltd." which (I assume) tracks back to the real company at https://www.maglula.com/.

Your guys with AMZN fakes - who was the seller?

Mine says the seller is Amazon Services LLC, I contacted Amazon's customer service, they said they would get back to me. I guess we shall see.

Same here for one I bought in 2018. And same for the 1911 aligner I got last may. But it may be they are just purging all Maglula stuff, real or fake, while this lawsuit is happening.

Be sure the ORDER DETAILS says the seller was Maglula Ltd. My order says the product was by Maglula Ltd, but when I click on order details the seller was ‘Ward great’. It looks like a low volume nobody seller, now only offering (probably fake) Magpul MBUS https://www.amazon.com/s?me=AWMTUYIX...=ATVPDKIKX0DER

The 1911 aligners were sold by Amazon.com services.

On a side note, I saw an Uplula jr today for loading 380 and smaller rounds. Are there really people that need help loading .22 mags?

I bought a fake, what happens is the metal feed lip bends upwards. wasn't worth the $8 I tried to save. Since this was my second one I was able to check it next to a real one. Remarkably similar but the plastic feels...different.

Please keep us updated. I have 3 that were also sold by Amazon Services LLC. Surprisingly, all of them worked with no problems so far. Probably have used around 10k 9mm with them. At the very least, it has saved my thumb a lot of wear haha.

Amazon accepted my request to return it, now its time to box it up. Also, they included return shipping for free.

Do we have any good methods to tell if they are fake - has Maglula put out a guide? They have a pic here https://www.maglula.com/faq but it is not really helpful.

A full copy of the Maglula's complaint against Amazon is at https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/...463376.1.0.pdf
The complaint has lots of pictures detailing what markings genuine Maglula products have, but the complaint also asserts a lot of the fakes directly copy all markings and packagings but are still inferior knockoffs.

If you take your Amazon return to Kohls you don't need to package it up. They handle all that for free. In my experience they also have given me my money back in less than 24 hours.
