They were selling them in Oct 2016 direct from factory with bullet buttons. I don't think that many made it into CA before the cut off.

Stock adapter from Desert Fox Outfitters.
Excellent designed item, cheek weld is about perfect with low profile ACOG and RS Regulate mount.
Had an ACE adapter before but went with away from a folder.
This rifle was for sale not that long ago, good thing there were no takers, would have regret it for sure.

That's a SLR 10.5" MLOK MID-S handguard and railed gas tube. I'm very pleased with the quality and fitment.

I found a extra stock set for my unconverted Saiga so I rattle canned them and on they went. A cheap upgrade that I think looks good. The Saiga Sporter looks good paired with the Iraqi Contractor WASR 10/63...

It flips very smoothly, but wouldn’t say it was an issue for me.

What’s funny is that I just swapped the Zenitco hand guard out on my 103 for the short Krebs UFM as well. Big improvement on that rifle, much lighter. The B30 is a cheese grater.

Yeah the Krebs UFM hand guards are light and have a great feel to them. Also they don't heat up I had my barrel hot and they barely felt warm. My Vltor stock came loose after 150 rounds, but I didn't loctite it so that's my fault. The DA 103 is very accurate and runs like a top. I'm happy I found one
