Not much noise on the Howa 1100?

Looks a little funky, but Howa has a good reputation for a quality product and there was talk of a polygon barrel but haven’t seen any verified non-rifles barrels. Still on the market for a .22 WMR or maybe just a .22 LR, just like a better quality bolt target plinker.
