How many Tikka T1X shooters out there ? I really like mine, very accurate.

Just ordered one through Riflegear in Fountain Valley CA. They had it listed as "out of stock" but were able to special order. Good price.

Now I'm on the hunt for the proper scope.

I acquired one a couple months ago to be used as the loaner rifle for our NRL22 matches. It's pretty decent. I immediately put an Arca rail on it so we can run bipods on it easily.

I have a Tikka T1X set up as a copy of the Tikka T3X I use for International 300 meter Standard Rifle competition. It's a fantastic rifle.

It started as a normal Tikka T1X with the synthetic stock. Stock was replaced with a spare T3 Sporter Stock and the barrel was pulled off and replaced with Shilen Ratchet .920" barrel. Trigger was replaced with the Timney #430 2-stage trigger.

Kind of like West Desert Shooter's gun, the only thing Tikka about it is the action and bolt.
