Does this mean we can finally stop hearing about OC being a conservative bastion?
Democratic congressional candidate Gil Cisneros overcame Republican Young Kim’s lead for the first time Thursday in the 39th Congressional District in Orange County.
Cisneros, who trailed Kim by 122 votes on Wednesday, took a 941-vote lead Thursday. Cisneros is ahead 50.23 percent to 49.77 percent as counting of mail ballots continues. If the trend continues, every congressional seat in once entirely Republican Orange County will be occupied by a Democrat. https://timesofsandiego.com/politics...-to-democrats/

Much like Fresno County, it's only conservative in comparison to the majority of California.
