It seems more ergonomic than regular 3-4 o clock IWB/OWB carry. You don’t need to make that weird arm angle on presentation.
anyone here carry or has carried reverse cavalry? Pros ? Cons? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I guess you will have to be very careful when you draw the pistol. I am right handed, and I carried a pistol in a left hand IWB holster, just right of my small of the back. The butt was pointing to the right. It was quite comfortable to carry it that way.

If I was riding a horse and had a saber in my right hand I could draw my horse pistol with my left. It's great for that, otherwise it would be a handicap.
IMO

Crossdraw setup and draw with the same side hand? Feel like it would sweep the abdomen during the draw.

Not all situations require a fast draw. If you are alert to your surroundings you might notice sketchy dudes approaching your car and have plenty of time to draw. Or if you hear an active shooter in another part of a building you're in or something like that. I think people sometimes put too much emphasis on carrying the most proper or tactical way. If you find a comfortable way to carry, you will carry and be armed more often.

I carry my J frame and CA 44 like this. No holster though, just a Barami hip grip.
