Been trying to contact the ranger station listed at: https://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/sbnf...a/?recid=26525

Unfortunately, nobody answers the phone, so I am not sure if Bee Canyon is open for shooting. Activity level is 1 at the moment, which should be OK, but didn't want to drive all the way out there without getting a solid confirmation first. Does anyone know for sure?

If anyone else is wondering, Bee Canyon is open. I arrived late yesterday morning (10:30), but was lucky to get the last available canyon. The place was packed...lots of off-roaders too.

Is the place open? I just called to check the Fire levels and Im pretty sure the guy said 3. But when I tried calling the ranger station they said something about all sites being closed to prevent the spread of covid. Any info?

There has bedn a Lot of roadwork going on in the canyons
Grading , filling in washouts , adding culverts

Also after the 1st ..
The road will be shut fown for a week !!!!!
They are installing a cement road crossing at the big sweeper turn that goes back into the canyons
