Well, if they could figure out how to develop on top of it it might be worth it, otherwise who is going to allow building on a former gun range.
Shooting range business models just don't seem to pan out do they? Location, regulations, and target market just don't get the cash flows going. Owners probably just put up a rice they'd be willing to walk away from.
