^^^ Hopefully, this will be a welcome and refreshing change from past lack of CS ^^^

I'm tired of driving right past your store from Bellflower to get on the 605 at Alondra. To drive to OC for anything to do with firearms.

They're 10 min away from me but I'd rather drive the 30 min to riflegear or 20 to aeon tac in GG and even the Huntington beach gun stores. Hopefully they can clean up their staff for other current and future gun owners but for me I'm done with them and so are my friends. I'd rather go to a Turners than Ammo Brothers anymore.

I went to the riverside store for the first time, I think her name was Katrina who sold me my ak, very nice and friendly. Same with the person who helped me when I picked it up, made sure I knew how to operate it.

I'd choose my Santa Ana Ammo Bros store anyway over other OC stores...

During the pandemic, I was in a line no less than 20+ people in front of me. I got my PPT done in less than 40min.

At Turner's it would take longer even if I was the first person.

I have processed multiple PPTs at Ammo Bros with the fastest service. The Santa Ana store is top notch...!

Santa Ana seems to have a good team. Never any issues in the dozens of times I've been.

AmmoBros in Ontario sucks people won’t help. You get looked at everywhere I go employees look like they don’t even want to be there. I haven’t been there in 5 months because of that

You advertised the PMC .223 ammo on Black Friday without having any stock on hand? I made the dumb decision to drive to your Santa Ana location and was told the shipment latest shipment didn't have the ammo included. I called the Cerritos location and it was the same thing. Why advertise something you don't even have. That gives a bad perception of your business.

Many times "shipping/supply" snafus's are unavoidable. Blame Brandon's WAR ON FUEL.

DID they offer you a RAIN CHECK? That is what honorable retailers do when advertised merchandise isn't on the shelf.

Then again, I'm not going to use "honorable" and Ammo Bros in the same sentence until they publicly change their policies on several issues.

Which I keep hoping they will do. Because they are close, and USED TO BE GTG.

The PMC 223A has been on sale for 5 days and was not a Doorbuster sale. Unfornetly it is hard to guarantee stock 5 days into a sale.

While I don't live in the area kudos to you for what you're trying to turn around. That's a reason for people to come back and give another chance IMO.
