Default AB-66 Police: use of force.

http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/fa...=201920200AB66

I typically track laws related to firearms, but this one popped up. The law appears to change when rubber bullets and tear gas can be used to disperse "peaceful protesters".

It was added just yesterday I think.

Oh but the savages are still allowed to throw bricks, rocks, bottles, chairs, cinder blocks, Molotov cocktails, IEDs (the news calls "fireworks"), projectiles launched by wrist rocket, etc... SMFH...

Not at all but too many of the idiots in charge don't want us using reasonable force (i.e. less lethal and even lethal) to protect ourselves when any/all of the above are happening and the vast majority of the media are making excuses for the POSes and downplaying their actions or not even reporting them...

Uh. Whenever you hear the news say "Mostly peaceful protest" thats code for only 10% of the crowd was violent. The same 10% targeted by less lethal munitions and or course is reported as "cops fire rubber bullets on peaceful protesters".
