Default New to me & Unfired BNIB

Just when I think I'm done buying. Hopefully I did good. I think I did fair. Regardless I'm ok with it anyway.

I picked up an unfired BNIB Browning Citori 12 ga. Special Trap Edition at a local auction. With buyer's premium and DROS I'm into it for $1158.25.

It still has the original Receipt from '96 ($1,362 with Tax) and the Browning sticker on the barrel. Original grease is on the breech face. Just wish it had a hard sided case but I guess I'll have to find one.

Been wanting an O/U for awhile. 11 days until a range report (pick it up in 9 days but have to wait for a weekend).

I'm only here temporarily (since 1993).

Came out to close down Savings and Loans back in the day. Stayed when I got a job traveling the country and world for a software co. Now I run the accounting for a large law firm.

I've got my exit plan in motion. Building a house on the OR coast.

Still go back to TX several times a year.

That sounds like a great find Texan. I bought my first (and only) Citori (my only O/U for that matter) about 8 months ago and I absolutely love it. I tried several different guns before buying and the Browning just swings so much better.........for me. Enjoy!

I've got two 525's. My advice is keep the forend screws tight. They have a habit of loosening up, and the wood cracking.

Also keep the hinge pin well greased. And the barrel ears well oiled, or they'll freckle.
