Default Coon Creek Trap
They will be shutting down after 12:00 pm Saturday 12/24/2022 after the death of the owner George Ahart. Opening in the future is up in the air..
The family will make a decision after the first of the year, they want to remain open.

Wow very sad to hear about his passing. Hopefully they are able to keep it going. Anyone going to shoot some sporting clays in the next few days?

They are back open for trap and skeet but not sporting clays yet

Sporting Clays are open, though I'm not sure if all stations are available. The recent storms have affected the range operations, but this past weekend did host a successful trap tournament with almost all trap and skeet stations operational.

Nice! I will give them a couple months to dry out and shore up the stations then go hit the sporting clays course.
