Default Cow palace gun show jerky guy

Every year there is a guy at the cow palace gun show that sells jerky, and every year I eat his samples and buy a few packs of his jerky...anyways... i forgot what his name/company's name is, so I was wondering if any of you all could help me out.

Much appreciated.

Don't have it, sorry. Have you tried making your own? it's good stuff and you might save a few bucks. There is a recipe thread in the camping forum I believe. Either way good luck.

How come virtually no one makes pork jerky? Or bacon jerky? Once you've tried it, you'll never go back to beef.

Usually Asian stores sell pork jerky. They have all kinds.

As for bacon, i believe it is harder to make it last long due to the fat content in bacon.
