That's a great price. I had a Strike Eagle 1-8 and it's not bad at all but I decided to sell it and get something else. Overall, it's a great LPVO for the price.

thanks OP. Was looking for something like this for a newly completed AR build.

For people that are curious, shipping was $8.50 but still a great deal!

For those of you who own one, how clear is the reticle without illumination ?

Also being an etched reticle, I have a few of the Burris MTAC 1-4x24...and their reticle is sharp with illumination turned off.

It would be nice to get an extra 4x over those, but that dot looks really small...if it can be seen well without illumination...I will grab one.

In for one, thanks OP. Total was $331.74 including $8.50 shipping & $23.25 going to the state coffers (supposedly).

It’s great without the illumination. I use mine mostly without it. It’s a solid deal at that price. I’d say value wise it’s worth double that price. I love that cheap scope.

How does this compare to the Primary Arms SLx 1-8x24?

Nice, Thanks.

Yeah, I use my both of my Burris ones without illumination...to get used to it because batteries do fail...etched reticles don't peter out.

Actually it works better in bright daylight without the batteries on. Don’t try it just in case. Use it as a regular scope and it’s even better most of the time.

Certainly acceptable. I couldn’t see any info on my account except “shipped”. Didn’t seem to have a date as to when.

I emailed PSA today to check on status but I'm not expecting a response. If I don't hear from them Monday morning, I'll cancel my order & spend my $$ on something else from someone else.

Any benefit of having the 1-6 over the 1-8? Maybe better clarity at 1x, or lighter weight for example?
