Hog Hunting

I've hunted in Mexico before ... freestyle. But never hog , and never in Socal or US entirely! (Plublic land) Need a push in the right direction. Have my tag already... Willing to learn. I got a .308.

I personally don't know of the exact area. But some guy purchased my .308 ammo a while back, avoided paying $2,100 to hunt inside of a private ranch. He said that there's wild boars in an area immediately west / southwest of Paso Robles.

I wish I had more specifics for you.
...cause that's exactly what I'd like to do also this year.

I'd highly suggest using a guide. It will be cheaper than trying to find one yourself and the odds of success go way up.
