Default High Standard K-120 "18-7"

Am picking one up in a few weeks and see that the gun carries threaded studs by the muzzle and on the stock for sling swivel attachments. Have seen a few on line photos showing the gun with sling and sling swivels attached. Are these specific to the gun or do the usual detach brands such as Michaels work too?

I'd like to keep the gun all original - it's pretty much 100% otherwise.

I have an all original High Standard "Riot". Mine has the studs, but no swivels. I believe they are a standard stud, my shotgun is packed away for moving unfortunately.

For best results, you might want to wait until you have the shotgun in hand, then you can measure the hole in the stud, etc. Sorry I cannot help more.

The High Standard has a buttery smooth action, you'll love that though.

Thanks. Looks like the rear is a standard wood screw type. Will wait until I get the thing in hand re front swivel.

Something about a shotgun with a sling that looks very businesslike.

Yeah, You gave me an idea. I think I'll do the same when I get mine unpacked. I think I'll go for an old school leather sling. I can't remember the details of that shotgun very clearly now. I can't remember now if it had a sling loop on the stock or a swivel, I might be confusing it with another shotgun or rifle.

Sorry. I guess I either have too many guns, my memory is shot, or both.
