Rhode Island Gun Laws?
So I was in a discussion with a friend about best and worst gun laws in New England, when Rhode Island came up.
In terms of "strictness", how bad is RI compared with other states? Especially Connecticut and Massachusetts, since they are in New England as well? The only thing ive heard pop up that really jumps at me, is they have a handgun "purchase permit", much like our FSC.

I was just talking to my friend in upstate NY. To get a handgun you need to take a course and have a judge sign off on background and references. Then it will either be restricted or non. But After non, all handguns can be on your CCW.

I don’t know, maybe try asking this in a “Rhode Island” gun forum. You’ll probably get more feed back than from a CALIFORNIA based gun forum.
