Default CMMG dedicated 22 upper bolt rehab kit

After many thousand rounds I found the extractor was chipped and firing pin spring was broken into 3 pieces. I only stopped to clean it because it was starting to jam on feeding on certain mags. Rifle was still running even with broken parts for most of the mags I have. Hats off to you CMMG.

Ordered the CMMG branded 22 upper bolt rehab and spring kits form Brownells but some of the springs seem a little different, mainly what seems different is the extractor spring which is less strong. Firing pin spring seems about the same but can’t tell because the old one is in 3 pieces. Wondering if design improvement or what the deal is.

Anyone have experience with these kits? I kept the original parts in case I have to troubleshoot by swapping them back in. Not really confident right now.
