I’ve tried to renew my COE , but it won’t accept the renewal application . I know I have to send extra stuff as my CDL has a Federal Limits Apply on it. I have attached the stuff I need,but no luck. Maybe I should attach a copy of my 03 FFL also?

Here's my 2023 renewal timeline:
12/28/2022 Submitted application 1/31/2023 Received email of incomplete application 1/31/2023 Responded with request for PC 2/6/2023 Got a response that they updated my application and my application was: In Progress and that it can take 4-8 weeks to process 2/7/2023 Got an email saying there was important information regarding my COE 2/7/2023 Logged into my CFARS account and my renewal was approved.

Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state. Quote:
