Wrong a 2011 has a removable grip/frame.
The Wilson is built like a standard 1911 with a double stack mag well.

Nope, 2011 is a modular grip frame. otherwise, it's a double stack or wide body 1911, as the para or Caspian. There are others like rock island (para), smith and wesson, and the example posted above.

I know eventually someone is going to post up the single-stack full dust cover 1911 which rock island armory confusingly named the 2011, but it's a 1911 not a 2011 per se.

A discontinued gun with a very narrow market - I wouldn't pay over $4K but that's me.

Oh - and if all the DBs in the Marketplace wouldn't remove the price, you'd know that some have sold for.

STI Chip McCormick 2011 6" Longslide Targetmaster Racegun

This is a beautiful custom 2011 bullseye racegun. According to Staccato the serial indicates it's a classic Chip McCormick-era STI build with the original beefier frame. Very clean with no rollmarks, indicating a custom build. Looks to be a safe queen that was seldom or never fired. There is hardly any wear on the slide, frame, or barrel. The bore looks brand new. One of a kind 2011!
