Default Warning RE: Standard Capacity Magazine Sales

I know some web sites are selling mags and saying they will ship but right now this is what Chuck Michel and the CRPA are saying and we're going to listen to the attorneys that are litigating this not to retail sellers.

Quote:
Today’s opinion, however, should not be read as immediately ending the ban on acquiring magazines over 10 rounds. While possession of these magazines remains legal under the injunction issued by the district court in 2017, it is unclear whether today’s decision lifts the district court’s 2019 order staying the injunction that would have halted the enforcement of the manufacture and acquisition ban. According to the terms of that order, it remains in effect “pending final resolution” of the Duncan appeal. And because the state of California may petition for an 11-judge en banc panel to rehear the case or file a petition directly to the Supreme Court of the United States, it may be months before this appeal is finally resolved. Put simply, take caution! It is unclear whether California residents may begin to purchase magazines over 10 rounds yet.

Once we get the go ahead from the attorneys we will allow the sale of standard capacity magazine but until then as much as it sucks the 10 round limit is the law and we do not want to be shut down for facilitating illegal sales.

What he means is... As soon as Kestryl logs off CG for the night after saying we're gonna stick with the 10rd cap law for now, judge benitez will go and remove the stay issued last year. I think he was being a little cheeky

An honest supplier will cancel and send you a refund.
I would try to call them first.

Keep the order = near first in line.

If they ship it ahead of time, say hi to Bubba.

So what does one have to do if the mags are already shipped?

I'm sure ALL the seller's that send Normal capacity mags have an army of lawyers and they know Whatsapp. No Bubba.
Just like they take our Rights slowly but surely is OUR duty to push back. The judge said bubye ban, I'm good to go.

My question was hypothetical.
So getting vendors to ship to CA was the big hurdle? Not a government agency knocking on your door when items are delivered?
