Sorry - for the slow response, didn’t see this post. My sister rented a private range about a year and half ago for my nephew’s 21st bday. It was nice - only goes out to 100yrds and they let you drive on the range to set up which is a plus if you have heavy metal targets. If you show proficiency and aren’t newbies, the RSO left us alone but checked on us occasionally. My only neg was the trash cans weren’t emptied and the place could’ve used a cleaning/sweeping.
