3rd gen Colt DS - few small scuffs but for the price wasn't going to pass it up

just brought the Commonwealth lend lease pre-V home yesterday so I haven't had time to go over it fully yet..

so far - all serial numbers matching, properly U.S. and Australian marked, complete, and unaltered chamber..

anywho, here's a crappy picture with my Navy Victory to get started

Ruger SP101 2 inch 357 snub. Serial number indicates 1995 mfg date. It looked unused and clean. Took the Ruger to the range same day and was able to get nice grouping at 5 yards using 38 sp. Bianchi holster makes it a comfortable daily carry during winter season.

I had gloves on because he died in his house...and uh...well...he had been dead for 6-7 days. It was a mess and the smell...ugh...

Anyway....My dad's .44 Magnum.

Finally completed the collection of modern (CZ) Pythons - 3" barrel, 4.25" barrel, 6" barrel. The sights sucked so I replaced the OEM ones with the new Wilson Combat front and rear sights.

The 6" is still my favorite, for its balance, shootability, and comfort. Too bad concealed carry is out of the question, even for hiking and other outdoor pursuits, as it doesn't even fit my HPG chest harness.

Gavin Newsom is a lying, cheating slickster and will be is the worst mistake California has ever made if he gets now that he has been elected Governor. Hollywood movie producers look to him and his oleaginous persona as a model for the corrupt "bad guy" politician character. This guy is so greasy, he could lubricate an entire arsenal of AR-15s just by breathing on them.

Great pictures, great revolvers guys. My only revolver now is a SP101. I had some great ones in the past, Smith 65 3 inch, Colt Python 4 inch, Smith 686 4 inch to name a couple but being a dummy I traded them away years ago.

Not sure if I've posted this before, my three big bore single action revolvers. Top two are 454 Casull, bottom is Ruger Blackhawk Bisley in .45 Colt.

Posted this on the Expats section earlier...

Recently I picked up a new Rossi RP63 then a few days later, my American Rifleman magazine arrived. First time I bought something before seeing it on a magazine cover.
