Okay I probably should have bookmarked this FFL as he's got great transfer prices. But I wasn't thinking of buying anymore guns - okay I realize that was a mistake too.
Anyway he's home based in the Ontario, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga area.

I am in Simi Valley. If it is a CA PPT, the fees are limited to $35. Is the buyer local or does it need to be shipped?

The seller lives in Marin and I know we both need to come in to fill out paperwork. He is older and I don't want him driving forever to get to the dealer. Go here and you can download a list of every FFL in CA or the USA for that matter. https://www.atf.gov/firearms/listing...sees-ffls-2017 You might get lucky and discover there is an FFL just 0.5 miles from your house like I did!

That list does not mean that they will do transfers. They might not even have all the required licenses and permits.
