Hi, I have a question. I applied for FFL type 3 license and during interview with ATF clerk, I got denied because of zoning. They didn't approve it because I applied under my apartment address. My city (Glendale, CA) didn't give authorization for ammunition manufacturing in apartment building. My question is, I want to apply for ammunition vendor license under my apartment address. Wiil I still get denied? I tried to call DOJ and ask them, but good luck. I went my city hall, and they were not aware of that. Can someone tell me, if I can apply for Ammunition Vendor license under my apartment address. I live in Glendale,California.
Thanks |

AVL= retails sales.
Is you apartment zoned for retail sale ? I don't think so. Is you building owner going to sign off on a retail location in their building? Is the fire dep going to sign off ?

You'll probably have to look into a home occupancy permit with the City. Basic making your apartment your "office" and you can sell at gun shows.
