Burbank Shoot and Social Event

Friday May 19, 7 to 10 PM
Safety Briefing/Meeting/Discussion at 7:10 PM. All, new to me, shooters must attend safety briefing.
Costco Pizza at 8:30.

Show and Tell time is always enjoyable, please let us know what you are bringing.

Half-rate range rate for Calgunners not a member, and range rentals are free (but you have to buy their ammo to shoot in their guns).

Whatever you like. Range rules apply, so no handguns over .45 I believe, pistol caliber rifles are fine. Shotguns you'll need to buy range ammo, so check if they have any first- often times they don't.

Nothing in the rules about pistol caliber, but shooting off some large bore pistols may get you a talking to, always best to confirm with them first.

I've shot 44 mag with no issues, but I don't load super hot either.
They don't allow .500 due to noise and possibly excessive penetration.

Shotguns are allowed on some days with their range ammo.

Im in, thanks for thinking of me. I have a bore sight I can bring if you wish. Save you some ammo. My red dot was right on after using the bore site.
