It is legal for a non-prohibited ID resident, age 18 or older, to legally open carry a deadly weapon throughout the State.

It is legal for a non-prohibited ID resident, age 18 or older, to legally conceal carry a deadly weapon outside of city limits.
In order to legally conceal carry within city limits, the person must have a valid CCW permit.

It is not legally to carry (open or concealed) within a prohibited location.
Prohibited location = courthouses, juvenile detention facilities or jails, and public or private schools.

It is not legal to conceal carry while consuming alcohol/drugs or be under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
