If you’re talking about FFL transfer for ammo, he doesn’t take appointments. Once your ammo has arrived, drop in and knock on the door and let him know you’re there for ammo pickup. He’ll give you instructions from there. He’s usually servicing multiple people at once so don’t be shy if you see someone already in the office with him. His FFL info is under RMB Enterprises.
I don’t know how he deals with FFL transfer for firearms, but I do know he does them. I assume it’s the same for ammo, first come first serve. That being said he’s pretty fast, most I’ve had to wait was 15 minutes. Try to go mid-day.
