Default Install Oak's Gun Control Search as a plugin for IE/Firefox
  1. Go to Searchplugins.net
  2. Type "calguns" into the search box
  3. Click the capital "I" next to "Calguns Lindsay Nichols Search" (see pic below)


ETA:
you can also install the CGN Google Search Plugin while you are there as well.
