• No tannerite, explosives or fireworks of any kind
• No drugs of any kind
• No alcohol / intoxication on firing line
• No loaded firearms off firing line

What is OK to bring:

* EZ ups and Canopies, chairs, tables, ice chests, lots of water, drinks and ice, camping equipment, hats, sun screen.etc.

If you would like to "donate" your targets to a shooter next to you, the people receiving those targets will be responsible to remove them and clean the spot after the shoot.

Remember, preservation of our land is a must...!!!!!!

Useful tips and tricks

* If you're bringing a tent/canopy/shade/whatever, bring plenty of weights to hold it down as there are strong winds around noon to 3 PM every day. 2 years ago, several blew down range as well as a table or two blew over with guns going everywhere.

* Organize items list for those going to the store or coming up in the middle of the day or different days. Example would be ice, food or bug spray.

Location and directions:

The event site is located just 15 miles NE from Barstow.

A 3 mile off road drive is needed in order to reach the campground and firing stations.

Motor Homes, toy haulers, trailers, tents, etc. are Welcome and invited.....Plenty of room for overnight campers.

I'll be cooking the Saturday afternoon lunch potluck at the line. Please post up what you'll bring by quoting this post and then adding your items. Burgers and hot dogs are easy to cook. This year we have two grills, a flat top for burgers (no more hockey pucks) and the big grill will be used for hot dogs and brats.

Bako88fan - Plates, flatware, condiments enough for 250 people.

What a wild weekend with all these earthquakes hammering our state.

I've been watching event reports and members interactions.

Hope, everyone is safe and sound and ok.

Fellow high desert brothers can you report back if you would.

Brother Donncrp are you guys ok up there?.

I sure hope I'm well enough to attend this 10th Anniversary SSZS. It's only fitting since I was at first when Xavier launched this adventure. I have to be done with the walker as I don't believe it will work to well up there with all of the rocks.:D Some of my grandsons told me I should come anyway and just stay in my son's RV trailer. I told them do you really expect me to provide all my guns and ammo, let them have all the fun shooting and me stuck in the trailer. They said yes, I said not going to happen. I won't go if I can't shoot. I know, I'm a mean grandpa.:oji:;)

We may feel something if it is > 4.0 in Ridgecrest. When the big one hit, wrenches on the pegboard were rattling and our vehicles were shaking back and forth. Nothing more than that Thankfully [emoji28]
