I think the gaps between the boards are kinda large and dirt is sure to accumulate in there.

Is this manufactured flooring? I think it’s better to use individual tongue and groove planks and then sand/finish on site.

Thanks guys. It's about 7 or so years old. Engineered Bamboo floors. It's an apartment (that I also manage). Had them polished over a year ago and hit them with Bona once a month.

You'd love my flooring. It's a darker colored bamboo with GSD scratches and fur and water dribbles :D

28 mags in the picture.
Multiply by 4 = 116.
Average $10 per mag (easy math)
Total spent $1200.

Conclusion........
You only spent $1200!

Cheap bastard! :willy_nilly:

Yes manufactured. They come in planks about a half inch thick.

These actually have tongue and groove. They snap together pretty tight and can be resurfaced once or twice.

Cheap, easy to install or remove too. But they stand up to water. I dunked a piece overnight and there was 0 damage.

Lots of good reasons to use this stuff.
