It was sold pending payment to me, however WSocal doesn't want to DROS it and just wants cash and you get the gun ... I don't want to go to jail at this moment in time, so you can give him the cash and grab the gun from him savageevo. have at it.

Clearly a miscommunication, FTF to me is the same as a PPT transfer, i am just new to California and all of the rules and regulations are still blurry.

This pistol is still for sale through a PRIVATE PARTY TRANSFER ONLY, or will ship to out of state FFL.

Sorry for the confusion guys.

Clearly a miscommunication, FTF to me is the same as a PPT transfer, i am just new to California and all of the rules and regulations are still blurry.

This pistol is still for sale through a PRIVATE PARTY TRANSFER ONLY, or will ship to out of state FFL.

Confusion? First let me say, you had this pistol sold to me. You just didn't know it because you took two days to respond to my last PM. I was prepared to met with you on Sunday to do a PPT but recieved zero response back from you. All the while you continued to bump your ad as still for sale. So I gave up. Then when your reply arrived to me, you offered a link over to GlockTalk with your pictures. Also with the pictures was a new higher price than you had asked for here (or there at GlockTalk under your first offer for sale there).
Not a good way to sell your firearms. Then again, they are yours...

I've been balancing alot of offers. I've never sold a firearm through a private party transfer before, and like I stated previously I am a new resident to the state which has also delayed sale while I figured out what I need to do to sell completely legally.

I'm still honoring the price posted here. If you want it shipped to your FFL I'll do $350 plus shipping. FTF PPT, $400 OBO because it's more difficult for me to arrange transportation.

Seems he received payment but didn't ship the weapon and is ducking all contact. If you have any information on this guy pass it along.

I kept the account open to see if we could help this guy that paid and did not get the gun. Apparently he has had the money returned due to pending legalities and I have now banned his account. We dont need drama. Thanks Hawk1 for alerting us to his ways.
