These any good? Thinking of getting one for an AR build. I know Adams Arms uses them on some of their rifles and Adams has a pretty good reputation for accuracy from the gun mag reviews I found online.

This won't be a precision build, just a plinking/target gun with occasional shooting out to 600 yards. Thinking of a 16" mid length govt. profile barrel.

They work good. No issues with mine.

I have an Adams with a 16" Voodoo barrel. I recently put a 2-7x scope on my rifle, and it shoots about 2 MOA with cheap steel cased ammo. Unfortunately I built my rifle, my first AR, in the middle of the panic, so I haven't had the chance to shoot any quality ammo out of it.

Voodoo is Adams arms component dept. They mfg it themselves inhouse and stand by their product. Gtg IMHO.

I've got one for my 5.45 upper. So far it's been good. Supposedly it also helps with corrosion resistance when shooting corrosive ammo but I haven't/don't really want to test that.
