Anyone have experience with this? I don't understand how to chamfer with it. Instead I've been using the teeth on a tongue-and-groove pliers to get the job done.

To chamfer stick it in (giggity) and twist. Works like a champ

Deburring tool works fine. The chamfer can leave a ring around the case if it touches the edges while you spin it, but didn't work too well. I chucked mine in a socket, forgot what size but it was a tight fit so it didn't spin either. Place some blue painters tape on the edge of the chamfer to prevent the above.

I ended up just dumping it, and buying a Lyman's drill bit chamfer, deburr, and cleaning set for $30.

I have one but prefer the RCBS tool for a hand one. Now I use the Lyman case prep center and it is nice and fast.

This is what I like to use when deburring and chamfering by hand (http://www.midwayusa.com/product/465641/rcbs-chamfer-and-deburring-tool-17-to-60-caliber):

I thought the Lee tool was the only tool they made that I was unable to use successfully. HOWEVER, once I chucked the case into a case holder operated by a drill (used for case trimming), the Lee tool worked like a charm. SUCCESS!
