I am new to guns in general and here is my dumb question: California bans hi cap magazine...(you cannot have more than 10 rounds magazine)...but I know friends who have 30 rd magazines (could be 10 rounds capacity in a 30 rd looking magazine)...and stuff...So, if cop sees you at shooting range with a 3rd round magazine...would they handcuff you?
