Been looking for this rifle for awhile... Its a single shot, bolt action .22lr. Rifle must have been a youth rifle because I remember it fitting me great as a kid. The most unique feature of this rifle is that it had a pioneer style stock, the wood of the stock went almost to the tip of the barrel.

Anyone remember a rifle like this from mid to late 60's?? I've been looking online and can't even find a picture of a rifle that matches the description.

Mossberg 42 is the only one that I can think of but its not single shot and its older.

Savage made one like that.
Did you try an advanced search on Gunbroker?

+1 on what Trickster said...There are dozens of Mossbergs with manlicher style stocks, the m46 and m151 come to mind, but I think the 151 is tube fed, so not a single shot... so maybe a 46?

The 320 and 321 fit that era. The "K" and KA" were single shot but not Mannlicher stocks. Maybe there was an "M" variant of those models.

H&R 755 Sahara? Not really a typical bolt-action, but memories fade. :)
