Have not had this happen yet, but IMO 'safety's' are a croc of $#*&, as long as the rifle does not fire when dropped, then the best safety is to keep your finger out of the trigger housing, guns don't go off all an their own, despite what the media claims.

Now as a matter of dotting the 'I's and crossing the 'T's then this is something that should be addressed just to be one ultra safe side. but no gun fires of its own accord, it takes a finger to do the dirty work

Somehow the 80 moved in the fixture... Where are you located? I can fix it for you if you need help.

I have seen it happen if someone drills the selctor hole too fast and it grabs traction and moves the lower a bit.

Your gonna have to add material and cut to fit... Either by welding onto the selector flat or adding a little on the tail of the trigger. Then again after that cut to fit properly.
